This is How We Do It
We're Ben and Zac Williams, two brothers who grew up no more than 15 miles from either of our locations. When we decided to open Whiskey Foxtrot, we had one goal: create the kind of burger spot we wished existed in our hometown.
No frills, no gimmicks – just quality ingredients handled with care. Our American Wagyu beef burgers speak for themselves. We're not claiming to reinvent the wheel, but we do put serious thought into every dish we serve. From fresh, premium ingredients to our house-made sauces, it's about doing things right, not cutting corners.
After we opened our Hoover spot in 2021, it quickly became apparent that Birmingham was hungry for what we had to offer. When the opportunity came to expand to Homewood, we jumped on it. Each location has its own unique character, but they're consistent in quality, good vibes, and our commitment to serving up a damn good burger in a friendly, laid back atmosphere.
